  Arasawaya's Okami (Hostess). Good with her hands, her works are everywhere around the inn.

  Ita-san ( Chef )

  The owner's son. After graduating from culinary school, he trained in a famous Japanese restaurant in Tokyo (Kichijoji) and in hotels owned by the government. He began working at Arasawaya 8 years ago.

  From Fukushima Prefecture, she is a sake sommelier and mother of 3.
